1. muse a and muse b meet as teens and fall in love. 15 years later, muse a is killed in front of muse b. muse b wishes on the universe that it was them instead. muse b wakes up 15 years in the past, stuck in a time loop that always ends with them dying - but muse a alive. 
2. muse a is the child of muse b's family house cleaner. muse a and muse b become close through the years, but before muse a can confess, muse b's family reveals an arranged marriage with someone of their same station. 
3. muse a and muse b have been friends for ages. muse a is always getting into bad relationships with bad people. 
4. muse a's family owes a great debt and sells them in exchange for their freedom and lives. muse b is in charge of muse a. 
5. muse a and muse b are married. muse a sacrifices themselves for muse b - but the death of their partner sends muse b into a frenzy, and they pass as well. they both end up reincarnated into another universe, not sure if the other even exists. 
6. muse a betrays and kills their lover, muse b, ages ago. with their dying breath, muse b curses muse a, vowing to follow them and bring them the same hurt in every life after this.
